Sniper Turret revamped (can track targets) and allows precision shots; much more intuitive.

Firefly easier to lock-on to things. Sniper signature weapon fix, now a lot more accurate and reliable.
Weapon buffs: LVOAC (rifle), M4, AA12 (auto shotgun), MG5 LMG.
Skill mods: revamped/rebalanced (were completely 'out-of-wack') - skill builds should be more fun.
Weapon mods: revamped all weapon mods - not as negative.
