We are focusing on Transgenders & all their Admirers.
TGBI PARTIES are held to encourage the transgender ladies & males with their transitioning... from male to female or female to male. There is no pressure or expectation at the party.
It is a party for the Transgenders to be with their admirers & peers; as well as explore their sexuality in a private, safe & discreet surroundings.We understand that each Transgenders is at a different level of transitioning. TGBI PARTIES caters for their differences.
Even though TGBI Parties runs as a swinger’s party. We value the social get together as well as the
play time. This means that if you would like to attend the party just to socialise that is perfectly fine.
TGBI PARTIES are fun, friendly, intimate, discreet & non judgemental.
Canapés are served throughout the night; soft drinks are also available. BYO alcohol. Condoms & lubricant are provided as we practice safe sex at these parties.
Dress Codes Is smart casual. No tracksuits, hoodies or runners will be allowed. Transgenders & Ladies can wear their most stylish girlie to most alluring & sexist outfits.
We also be providing security on the night, so people can be escorted to their cars if required.
Please remember if you attend these events, you are in control of what your level of involvement it at the parties.
The venue is on two levels. Down stairs has a 12 person spa, 1 dry sauna & 1 wet sauna. Small courtyard for smokers, toilets & showers. Also lockers for all your personal items.
Upstairs has 3 lounge areas for people to socialise in. Nine intermit playrooms, with lockable doors. One large playing room, with couches for people to watch.
There is lots of parking, only walking distance from the venue. Also a discreet entrance, to the side of the venue.
The location of the venue is in Richmond. The address of the venue will be text to you on the day of the party. Once you have made a booking with me.
Entry fees doesn't guarantee you sex with anyone at these parties!
You must have a grasp of the english language. So that you are able to understand, that "NO means NO!"

No rude, crude or drunkenness will be tolerated at these parties. As well as loud & out of control behaviour. You will be asked to leave immediately, and possibly asked not to return to any other events. As we must respect our surroundings.
All couples that arrive together, whether it be gg/male or tg/male MUST leave together. If the male wishes to stay longer, will be asked to pay the difference as a single male!
